Avila is a platform for the unified management of shopping centres and the related services offered to customers.

Avila, the marketing and loyalty platform for shopping centers.

The platform consists of: a PWA with dedicated access for customers who use the shopping centre's services through credentials or an OTP; a desktop application for totems with dedicated customer access through credentials or a loyalty card; a back office for the management/configuration of shopping centres, customers, shops and the various services offered, such as games, coupons and prizes. At ELbuild, we designed and built the entire system from scratch, starting from the backend developed on Java EE technologies up to the PWA, the back office and the desktop application for totems. The first two were created with Angular, while the latter was developed with Electron and Vue.js. Fiordaliso, I Gigli, Roma Est and Le Isole are among the participating shopping centres that have joined the platform.
