Development of customised and management software

Our core business has always been the creation of software tools and customised IT solutions in the web, mobile and desktop fields in general to support the digitalisation of companies of all sizes.

We design integrated solutions

Most of the custom software that we create is made up of company administration systems capable of comprehensively managing a production process and the entire activities of a company in general.

However, there are cases where any component we create must be integrated with what is already operating within the company, be it another management software, an ERP, a CRM or an accounting application. One of our strengths is our ability to integrate the components that we develop with most existing systems and thus make the transition as smooth as possible for the company and its employees.

How do we create custom software?

The process by which we arrive at the development of a custom software solution is the result of years of experience, successes and errors.

Generally, any new project begins with a meeting or a call in which we try to gain a comprehensive understanding of the type of problem to be solved and the application context. The next step is a rough, non-binding analysis, which we carry out to estimate the time and costs associated with the project and in which we offer a detailed description of the solution we would like to implement.

If the client considers the budget to be reasonable, the next phase is a detailed analysis of the requirements and the production of mockups of the user interfaces for the projects that require it.

The development phase begins immediately after and includes incremental releases that allow you to evaluate the work in progress and correct any errors during a preliminary phase.

Once the software is delivered, ELbuild provides assistance for the first 12 months included in the cost. In addition to our support in using the software, this assistance includes the resolution of any reported bugs, malfunctions or inaccuracies in the briefest possible technical time.

We firmly believe that we must analyse every problem in depth before deciding how to solve it. An extensive set of technologies is essential to offer advice in this field.

To date, we have released projects created with very various stacks, each one chosen because it was the best option to solve the particular problem in question and not because it was the one we were most familiar with at that time. We invest a lot of resources in staff training and in keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies, trying to anticipate market demand.

Distance isn't a problem

Advanced technologies also make it possible to carry out very complex projects without the need to meet in person.

We have clients in different parts of Italy, some we've never even met in person, and international projects that go as far as South Africa and Australia. Nevertheless, when the distance makes it possible, especially for our initial meetings, we prefer to visit customers or receive them at our headquarters in Pistoia.
