Ticketing environment and communication channels

When we start working on a new project, we configure a series of tools that permit us to communicate effectively with our clients, collect feedback and bug reports and manage any material transitions.

In particular, we provide our clients with a ticketing environment to report bugs, with the possibility of easily adding screenshots, videos and relevant details to speed up any debugging process and the necessary corrections, or in some cases, offer support for the correct use of the system. The client is able to monitor all the reporting management phases in real time through this environment and add relevant details or additional requests at any time.

We also provide a dedicated instant messaging channel for each client, which allows fast and direct communication in the event of urgent reports or when the issue requires a direct and immediate discussion.

Development/test and production environments

Configuring the environments for our projects usually involves the creation of various instances. Typically we work in local machines for the development of our systems, subsequently deploying on a test environment and a different production environment.

The test environment is used in the early stages to show the client the intermediate demonstration versions that precede the final release, collect their initial feedback, and adjust the features or tweak the user experience. Following the first release, this environment can be used to deploy new features in the event of evolutionary maintenance operations. In this way, the client is able to directly evaluate and test what has been implemented before installing these modifications in the production environment. This subdivision can also be used to test data without affecting the real information.
